However latent dysfunction's occurred, somewhere ville, their neighbor to

... and soul. I feel content and at ease with life and the
world around me because nowhere else do I find this serenity.
The beach in the morning is a lot like me. It comes to life slowly.
As the sun rises, the waves roll in gently and the birds stretch out before
they begin their flight for the day. When the wind picks up, so do the
waves, the sights, the smells and the sounds. I, too, pick up after a cup
of coffee.
The beach differs from my work immensely. I work in the finance
industry where customers are our number one concern. There is never a
moment’s peace, the phone rings constantly, and tension envelopes everyone
around. It is a very fast p ...

Creative Writing: The Meadow
... covered mountains extend high
above the heavens; thus, setting the backdrop to the meadow. Wildflowers
speckled the base of the mountain becoming more abundant near the babbling
brook. The brook ran through the middle of the meadow turning, and twisting
around the enormous oak tree. The lush green grass grew around the tree like
hair on a dog's back. Birds flew through the radiant blue sky diving for
insects. My thoughts reflect relaxation as my mind focuses on the pleasing
imagery.
The sounds of the meadow complement the beautiful imagery, and create a
sense of inner peace and harmony. The soothing sounds drifted across the meadow
like an orchestra play ...

old fashioned way, of course within two months I had no gorlfriend. At

With my second relationship when I was about seventeen it acually

that I really didn't know anything about the opposite sexiven after those

gotten together with her didn't bother me only because two years had alredy
past and t that point I understood a lot more about the opposite sex and I
would have to say that by then, from everything that I had seen,it ...

Hopes And Dreams
... Unfortunately, I had to deny the offer since my family had decided to
move to the United States of America.
Moving to the States has not been easy. I have not only encountered
cultural differences, but a lot of difference in the educational system as well.
But my goal to major in Chemistry still remains unchanged, and my options have
widened. Last year, I learned about the Center for Science Excellence in one of
my Chemistry classes, but I wasn’t aware of the many advantages and rewards of
being part of such a remarkable program.
As a newcomer, I have made numerous mistakes in choosing my courses and
I need a lot of good advice and guidance. The Cente ...

Personal Writing: Spring Break ‘99
... Inn. It looked like a run down trailer park, but it served our purpose. We checked in and took a hike to our room. As the door creaked open, we saw the size of the room, our mouths dropped. The thought of how we would squeeze eight girls in one room with two twin beds went through our minds. Mary spoke up and said, "It won't be that bad, some of us will just have to sleep on the floor." Despite her effort her words did not comfort me much. How my parents would react to our situation was all I could think.
Even the poor accommodations could not put a damper on our high spirits. No sooner than we had put our bags down, we changed into our bathing suits on ...

Self-Reflective Essay
... I will need to know them
since it is used all the time in the real world.
I also believe that the way you carry yourself has a great impact
in your future career. In the medical field, there is a lot of caring and
attention involved with doctors and the patient. You have to make the
patients feel like they are wanted, and you as a doctor, can help them with
any problem or disorder they may have. In my case I decided to work with
children, since I was once a child and I have worked with them before(at a
summer camp).
Even though I may be early, I have been able to observe others on
the way they behave. I especially observe children, since I want to deal

Do As To Others
... interview would lead to a new job. And with this new job, he finally would have enough money to buy that house he'd had his eyes on for years. Perhaps he would even be able to buy a new car, instead of having to drive this heap of junk to work every day. He dreamed about how much better his life was going to be, unconsciously pushing the pedal harder and harder acting like a knife as he mercilessly cut a path through the wet night air.
All of a sudden there was a sickening thud as the car hit something rather large. Shit!. I don't have time for a pathetic, dead animal! Jack slowed and pulled the car to a halt on the gravel. Turning the engine off, he sat l ...

time she accused me of taking her purse, knowing what a notorious prankster
I was, even though I had no idea what she was talking about. Later she
found her purse in her friends locker. It seems she had forgotten she had
put it there. This turned out to be the first, but not the last, accident
that would occur. What didn't we argue about? After about, four years,
we became the best friends ever. We were perfectly compatible with each

Perosnal Writing: My Experience In The Navy
... English and to be part of an American.
I always wanted to see the world and travel. In the winter of 1995, I decided to join the United States Navy. I remembered clearly in my mind the night was very cold and windy, I left my warmth and fill of loves family to go join the Navy. I arrived Great Lakes, Illinois where the training camp for all new sailors started their first step of becoming a member of the United States team. There I see many young men and women came from different ethnic background, and different states. There was this one man wearing the Navy uniform, he gets everyone in attention by yelling “all of you stand up straight and fall in a singl ...
