....t the last scene of the book, Mrs. Danvers burns the house down. As the house tumbles to the ground, Mr. and Mrs. De Winter’s love is restored.
This suspenseful, romantic book is a gloomy story that I would recommend to women about the age 15 and up. I believe the book had a wonderful plot and a great story, but personally, I did not like it. This book, Rebecca, was more for audiences who enjoy romantic narratives.
