.... the two late boyfriends, we started to order without them. We didn't see any need to wait. This wasn't considered bad manners, because we justified that they wouldn't have wanted us to wait for them anyway. Everything we ordered, we shared, so we had to all give in a little, so that we could actually order something. The only problem that arose out of what to order was due to health preferences.
