.... points a gun at Phoenix and asks her if she is scared. �No, sir, I seen plenty go off closer by, in my day, and for less than what I done,� she replies. Finally, she reaches town and goes up the tower of stairs marking her triumph. These stairs bring her to the doctor�s office. A nurse gives her the medication, and an attendant gives her five pennies. She now has a dime, and with this money she intends to buy her grandson a paper windmill. Then she starts her journey back home going town .... |
