Legislating laws is something that takes a considerable amount of time to do. Once a bill or proposed legislation is put forward by a constituent (person who has representation), a lengthy process immediately follows. It is a slow paced step-by-step procedure that will be further illustrated below ....
Middle of essay ....e verdict, a Conference Committee from both groups has to get the bill and resolve the differences. A Compromise bill is then sent to House and Senate. If both sides approve the compromise, it goes to the President for signature or vote. He has three options with the bill.
