First off what is Spanglish? Some say it's "When one switches from English to Spanish (or vice-versa) within the same sentence", usually when emotions run high. Like a mother scolding her children. Spanglish my no means is "new". Its has flourished in Texas border towns as log as Texas has been Texas. "Tex-Mex" I what I first heard Spanglish referred to 8 years ago.
