During the 1st and 2nd centuries the Roman army was continuously
expanding and gaining strength, bringing power and fame to its Empire. But
as time passed one of the most powerful and well- organized armies of the
world started to fall bringing down with it, one of the most well-known

For many years the empire grew until it finally came to owning most of
Europe and some parts of North Africa. The empire became too extensive to
control and was therefore subject to invasion of barbarians. Hence leading
to the complete fall of the Roman Empire.
In conclusion, one learns that the complete reason for the fall of
the Roman Empire is not completely known. However one thing we do know is
