In William Shakespeare's Macbeth, there are many plots for murder. The murder of Duncan has a significant impact on Macbeth. He, along with his "sleep" is never the same after this event. After the murder of Duncan, his innocence is gone and he decides that no one is going to stand in his way of ....

In conclusion, the third murderer in Shakespeare's Macbeth is Macbeth himself. Every aspect of act III makes it fairly obvious that it is indeed Macbeth. First, his comments to the people; next, the circumstances surrounding the murder. And finally, the acting he does at the banquet. Macbeth will truly do anything to keep himself out of danger.
