I think that if a less literate person was choosing between the two they would be more likely to choose the tabloid because the large picture and small block of text makes it seem less intimidating than the broadsheet where there are several huge blocks of text. A reader may also be drawn to the tabloid because often the photographs are of people we know. For example, In the Daily Mail the photo was of the Prime Mini.... |
