Cathrine at one point believed that all people were created equal but when she was going to free the serfs until they rebelled. As her rule moved along her treatment towards the peasents worsend She allowed the serfs to be treated poorly and have less rights. louis the XIV let a very unfair tax go about where the poor were taxed extremely and the rich and nobles were not counted for certainaments..... |
