The death toll in the earthquake rose to 13,040 people and 26,640 people were injured. People are still believed to be underneath the rubble of the earthquak ....

If the building codes of Istanbul, Turkey would have been not mishandled then maybe not so many deaths and people injured and homeless would have happened. The problem should have been taken care of with the building codes more instead on making it correct.
